Gifted and Talented Program

At Tavelli Elementary, our gifted and talented students thrive. Our program offers opportunities for differentiated instruction that fosters critical thinking skills. Tavelli teachers utilize a STEAM focus where students learn about Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics through interdisciplinary units of study. Classroom teachers, instructional paraprofessionals and the GT coordinator work together to meet the needs of GT students through differentiation in the regular classroom, advanced classes and enrichment opportunities.
